How It Works
This template functions in two main stages: first, it loads the automated welcome message, and second, it triggers predefined quick-reply options.
A greeting message is displayed to the user inside the chat interface, showing a friendly prompt asking how assistance can be provided.
Below the greeting, the automated workflow information is shown, including the creator name and assigned workflow label.
Quick action buttons such as “How can I provide feedback?”, “I want to file a complaint”, “Find contact information”, and “Can I make a suggestion?” are made available to guide user interactions.
The system listens for incoming user messages through the chat input field and processes them according to the selected option.
Finally, the chatbot provides automated responses or actions based on the user’s selected quick-reply option.
How to Use
Before you begin, make sure your chatbot widget or Botpress setup has been connected and configured properly.
Populate the Interface: First, load your automated greeting and quick-reply buttons in your workflow or bot settings.
Activate the Chatbot: After configuration, activate your workflow. This will display the chat widget and enable user interaction.
Test the Widget: Interact with the chatbox by pressing a quick-action button or typing a message. You should see an automated response.
Customize: You can update the greeting message, change the actions, or modify the quick-reply options depending on your support flow.
